Lakendrick "Doc" Green was born to Billie Sue Green
Tullos and the late Willie Dale Ignont. La Kendrick was
baptized at an early age at St. Mark Baptist Church in
Wisner, La. under the leadership of Rev. Refford Oliver, Sr.

Lakendrick attended Eisenhower High School in
Houston, Texas and went on to work construction at
Dixie Ply Lumber as a fork lift driver. His favorite things
were fishing and hunting. He loved building projects with
his stepdad Richard who was affectionately known as Pop.
La Kendrick was loved by many and always made time for family.

He leaves to cherish his memories a devoted and loving
mother and stepfather, Billie Sue Tullos and Richard
Tullos. A wife and stepdaughter, Quashana Green and
Kaelyn Allen all of Houston, Texas. Two brothers;
Christopher Johnson (Barbara) of Baton Rouge, Louisiana
& Clifton Johnson (Glenda) of Houston, Texas. A
devoted and committed friend Sharon along with Tenia
"Tinkle" and Robert.

He was preceded in death by his father Willie Dale
Ignont, his maternal grandparents Rena Mae Johnson and
Leonard James Williams.

He leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends to
carry on the memories of love and devotion he shared
with everyone he met.
